clupph Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and clupph ("clupph", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://clupph.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and service applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the account registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the clupph Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read these Terms in full; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (c) you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms at all times during your use of the Platform.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the clupph Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

To register and maintain an account on the clupph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under applicable Philippine regulations governing online gambling and gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of clupph or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must not have a prior account on the clupph Platform that has been suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must have successfully completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process as required by clupph for full account functionality.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the clupph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. clupph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances upon detection.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update clupph if any information changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your clupph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. clupph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate account security. You must notify clupph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 KYC Verification

Full account functionality, including withdrawals above threshold amounts, requires the successful completion of the clupph Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Accepted documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, Pag-IBIG ID, Philippine Passport, and LTO Driver's License. clupph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for the purpose of compliance with applicable regulations.

clupph accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of your transaction, which currently include: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency, and Coins.ph. Available payment methods are subject to change at clupph's discretion.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction fees are displayed within the clupph cashier interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
• clupph does not charge fees on standard GCash or Maya deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made to your clupph wallet are designated solely for participation in games and betting activities on the Platform. clupph does not pay interest on deposited funds.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions and procedures:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your clupph account. clupph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal requests above the minimum threshold will be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes indicated in the clupph cashier, which vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are generally processed within thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours.
• clupph reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to require additional verification documentation for large withdrawal requests.

• In cases where clupph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending investigation.

clupph may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted based on account status, geographic location, or the payment method used for qualifying deposits.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is established. Specific wagering requirements are displayed on each promotion's dedicated page.

In the event of a malfunction, technical error, disconnection, or any other system failure during gameplay, clupph reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by the malfunction. Where a technical error results in an incorrectly credited win, clupph reserves the right to reclaim those funds from the player's account. clupph will not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, or third-party server disruptions.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are provided as statistical averages calculated over large numbers of game rounds and do not guarantee individual player outcomes. • Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent or intermediary for another person's gambling activities.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward clupph staff, live dealers, or other players.

clupph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity. clupph acknowledges that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and takes its obligations in this area seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered clupph players directly through their account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration reminders and automatic session termination.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the clupph Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any clupph Content; use any clupph trademarks or branding without prior written consent; or scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, clupph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your clupph account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

clupph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if clupph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The clupph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. clupph makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Gambling involves inherent financial risk, and all wagering activity on the Platform is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

Termination by clupph: clupph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: a breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes; or for any business reason at clupph's sole discretion.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, clupph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including winnings derived from bonus funds, and to decline any pending withdrawal requests pending investigation.

Termination by Player: You may request the closure of your clupph account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to account closure, any remaining verified balance (net of bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be made available for withdrawal, subject to applicable verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the clupph Platform, you agree to first contact clupph customer support to attempt an informal resolution. clupph will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines, conducted in the English language in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

clupph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, clupph will provide notice via email to your registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the clupph Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
